Project Overview
When I joined my current company, the design team was in the midst of rapidly developing a new platform, AMPlify, to meet the growing demands of our expanding user base. As the company scaled, it became clear that the platform needed to accommodate broader functionalities and support increasingly complex workflows. However, the rapid pace of development surfaced significant challenges, including inefficient navigation, unclear interface elements, and task flows that frustrated users.
As the design team evolved, I eventually became the sole designer responsible for addressing these critical issues. This transition required me to take ownership of the platform’s user experience, spearheading a comprehensive UX/UI improvement initiative. My efforts focused on streamlining workflows, enhancing discoverability, and ensuring that the platform not only met current demands but also scaled seamlessly with the company’s continued growth.
